The Scope and Event Metrics

Two years of advanced planning culminates in a 3- day content-rich corporate event for 1200+ senior Siemens personnel.  

The preparation involved to accomplish this event draws upon every single one of our refined skills; from creative and technical to project management and production.  We have worked with Siemens to successfully bring fresh ideas to this event for the last eight years. 

1200+ delegates, 5000-bedroom nights booked (& transfers), 115 speakers, 116 breakout sessions, 2 gala networking dinners. A 35-strong on-site event team that covered 164.7 miles for the duration of the event ~ a total of 484,310 steps!

Creativity: Always Achieving Key Objectives

  • Researching, visiting and selecting the best European venue and location to achieve multiple requirements 

  • Provide consultancy to keep the content fresh for the conference-breakout-informal networking-awards-entertainment preferred format 

  • Deeper working relationship - advising the client on how to create content and how to convey key messages underpinned by the ‘Think Big Go Big’ global brand theme. 

  • Interpret and extend the global theme: virtual reality gaming, video content, branding and custom design and set build

  • Created a consolidated communications plan which allowed Siemens to engage with delegates pre, during and post event. This created audience anticipation, facilitated the communication of key messages (via an event app), encouraged digital engagement/live networking and created feedback opportunities that will help shape future events 

  • Primary recommended and introduced various teambuilding activities, informal networking dinners and social engagements along with an injection of humour and competitive gaming to help bring people out of their comfort zones

  • Each subsequent CCSC event has surpassed previous client and delegate feedback
