BACKGROUND
The Deichmann annual conference is an event for all UK Store Managers, Regional Managers and Managers in Training, together with the UK Head Office staff to discuss future business plans and celebrate success at the evening Gala Dinner.   

OBJECTIVE
To deliver key business messages and reward high achievers through an informative and engaging forum that also showcased the new seasons product range.

PROGRAMME SUMMARY
The event agenda incorporates the annual staff conference, product range exhibition, evening drinks reception and gala awards dinner.
The Primary operations team work closely with the Deichmann Management team to ensure that key messages are conveyed each year and that the event content reflects this. The design and build of a branded stage set with impact, and creation of screen content to reflect the brand messaging are all part of the event delivery.
Feedback illustrated that Primary’s involvement enhanced the quality of the annual event and moved the conference innovation to the next level. We were able to do this by developing good working relations with the Deichmann team and understanding their needs for progression.
