A Celebration of Cultural Diversity and Inclusion in the Business Community

BACKGROUND
Primary was asked to deliver an international summit on supplier diversity for the UK’s leading inclusive procurement network – Minority Supplier Development UK (MSDUK). Recognised as the UK’s largest conference of its kind, the event saw over 500 attendees, including delegates from Australia, South Africa, Canada and the United States. The biennial MSDUK conference enabled an entire network of corporate procurement professionals and ethnic minority entrepreneurs to meet, create business opportunities, share best practice and celebrate the contributions their members make to the British economy.

OBJECTIVE
To deliver a quality conference and awards dinner to all attendees which created a forum for knowledge sharing and networking whilst celebrating the Company’s 10- year anniversary.

PROGRAMME SUMMARY
The 3-day London based programme encompassed 5 events, each providing different experiences for delegates; An International Day, A Knowledge Forum, Reception Evening at The Cutty Sark, a Business Opportunity Fair with 40 Exhibition Booths and a glittering black-tie Business Awards Dinner hosted by actress and writer Meera Syal CBE.

DELIVERABLES:

  • Pre-event, onsite and post event management
  • Creation and management of an online registration website for smooth delegate management
  • App creation and management to increase networking and engagement
  • Full set and stage design and production
  • All theming and branding to reflect the 10th anniversary milestone
