As a highly respected Live Events & Exhibition agency, we create long lasting partnerships with our clients.

Our highly creative team ensure that each project is delivered with flare, passion and dedication. We build our teams from all walks of life giving our clients dynamic and inspirational people to deliver their projects.

Our Community

Primary believes in supporting the local community both commercially and environmentally and use local suppliers whenever possible to provide services for our events.

Our suppliers know we expect excellence and each is vetted and risk and process statements are in place. Each holds full Public Liability Insurance alongside current Health and Safety Policy.

We take the time to raise money, support local and national initiatives and to support local charities as well as sponsoring our own staff members who have personal charity and community commitments.

We support local education by offering real-world tasks to students at both school and university who join us for their work experience and by speaking at school enterprise evenings and careers fairs.

Primary also encourages our clients to support us with our community approach, offering donations to local charities on compilation of our feedback forms.

Environmental Impact

It is our responsibility to provide ethical projects to our clients. We monitor our impact on our surroundings, the industry and people within it.

Our ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management accreditations demonstrate our commitment to this. This provides the framework in which we record and monitor our performance and ensures that we are consistent in our approach.

We are always looking for ways to minimise our impact on the environment both at our main offices and onsite around the globe. Current initiatives include practical solutions to encourage our clients to reduce their reliance on single use plastics on site. During the planning stages we promote going paperless and we work with venues to ensure that we are adhering to their waste recycling policies.
