Summary

The exhibition management from Primary has facilitated the movement forward of the brand as well as seeing an increase in the quality of the design, build and management of the Healthcare exhibitions. From the ongoing communication with stand owners at all levels of the business our event management processes have allowed the internal communications team to take a more overarching approach focusing on messaging rather the event detail. The development of an online portal / dedicated lead capture apps has furthered the use of technology both on and off stand.
