All under one roof
Primary is a full service live communications, exhibitions and events agency – we can confidently take on board all of your project requirements.
As part of our Standard Service Level Agreement Primary will provide one key Sales contact and a dedicated Project Manager with back-up provisions. Both individuals will be competent in all areas of the Primary business and will work in a collaborative manner with both the Client and suppliers for the benefit of the project.
Location, Location, Location
Finding the right place at the right time for your live event or exhibition can be an exhaustive process.
The convenience, suitability and cost of a venue are all incredibly important but making sure that the choice of venue meets the brief is paramount.
Our team are here to whittle down the list of venues in order to present options that will meet all aspects of the brief….and some that you might not have considered.
Some venues will have their own in-house caterers who have several different standard menu choices on offer for those events that require food and refreshments. Other venues will require caterers to be sourced or chosen from their preferred supplier list. Knowing which caterer is best suited to the needs of the project and the budget is where we can offer our support.
Hand in hand with the food comes the service and the provision of stemware, crockery, cutlery, linen and staff. It is a rare occasion for guests not to pass comment on service or catering at an event so making sure that this key area is exemplary is just as important as the venue, messaging and content.
Primary’s team of Producers and Project Managers are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to produce award winning events that deliver on time, on brief and on budget. Reliable and approachable, our production team offer support and guidance to achieve the needs of the project and are the calm façade of the project when challenges present themselves. Our production offering includes the following:
- Set and stage
- Content Management
- Exhibition stand build
The level of production needed for your project will be dictated by your brief; a small event for 50 delegates is very different to that of 1,000 delegates but the production is treated with equal passion and support. Whether it’s a gala dinner, conference, awards evening, roadshow, product launch or exhibition, our team will represent your brand and messaging using a keen eye for detail, a creative flair and a huge amount of enthusiasm that will present a bespoke and cost-effective solution that you can be proud of without the hassle of getting involved in.
In some shape or form there is always an element of design involved in live communications. Whether this is simply signage, branding on an exhibition stand or an invitation, your brand and identity will be utilised as part of the communications.
Looking good is great but creating things that drive action and generate results is even better. We take all of these things into consideration and will help you figure out where in your project the design needs to be applied and, pending budget, where you can go that extra mile to create even further impact and integration with your audience.

An event or exhibition is prime time to engage an audience. Just delivering a message to them and speaking AT people is a waste of valuable time when you can be engaging them in conversation and inviting audience participation via teambuilds, interactive workshops and group presentations, surveys and other feedback techniques.
There are several ways of engaging with an audience...
- IPad and App technology
- Online registration
- Group and individual presentation tasks
- Celebrating success by means of awards and incentives
- Creating networking opportunities
- Questionnaires, interviews and technology based feedback techniques
All of the above can encourage local leadership, facilitate relationships and collaboration within companies and make for a more interesting and informative event which is born from a variety of shared opinions and skills.
People are key to the success of your event or exhibition. Without the interest and attention of your audience, you will not accomplish your primary objective. Engaging with your audience pre and post event as well as during the event itself will facilitate understanding, a desire to listen, and an enthusiasm which will encourage them to act upon the information which is shared.
